All Parents, Caregivers, and Community members are invited to participate in a one-hour focus group for the new Strategic Operating Plan on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.
Middletown Public Schools (MPS) deeply values your insight as a valued member of our community. As we begin to develop our Strategic Operating Plan (SOP), we invite you to join a focus group to share your feedback about your experience within MPS. We want to understand the successes and challenges in our community and learn ways in which MPS can become even better. Groups will be facilitated by Education Elements, an education consultancy that is working with MPS.
You are invited to participate on behalf of parents/caregivers and community members. During these sessions, facilitators will actively engage all voices. Feedback shared during focus groups will be presented anonymously and analyzed to aid in the design of responsive solutions.
Focus groups will take place on a Zoom video call on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 12:00 PM (noon) and 6:00 PM. Both sessions will be one-hour long.

Note that there is no preparation needed for this focus group; just a willingness to share constructive feedback, a commitment to show up at the indicated time, and a willingness to remain present and engaged.
